ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1. Contact Us
We would love to hear from you! Please feel free to reach out via email at beltline@tinyeinsteins.ca with any questions or inquiries. We’ll happily send you our sample menu, enrollment details, payment process, and the class schedule based on your child’s age.
To better assist you, we kindly ask that you share your child’s name, birthdate, and age, so we can provide the most accurate information and assign them to the appropriate classroom.
2. Review the Documents
Once we send you the documents, we invite you to review them carefully. This will help you make an informed decision and help guide any questions you may have before your tour. We want to ensure you have all the information you need!
3. Book a Tour
We’d love to show you around! We highly encourage parents and guardians to schedule a tour of our facility. This is a wonderful opportunity to see our classrooms, play areas, and meet our dedicated staff. Tours are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 11:30 AM and 2:30 - 4:00 PM. 4. Tour Checklist
After your tour, we’ll provide a simple checklist form that asks for more details, such as your child’s specific birthday and contact information for you as parents. This ensures we have everything we need to proceed with your child’s enrollment.
5. Enrollment Fee
To secure your child’s spot, we kindly ask that you pay the registration fee and the security deposit. Payments will be sent to billing@tinyeinsteins.ca. Please include your child’s name and the classroom they will be in for easy tracking.
6. Confirmation of Payment
Once we receive your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know your child’s spot has been secured. We’re so excited to welcome your child to our community!
7. Confirmation of Start Date
Before your child’s start date, we’ll confirm the exact day they’ll begin with us. At this point, you can create a Brightwheel account for your child to help us stay connected and keep you updated.
8. A Week Before Your Child Starts
About a week before your child’s first day, we’ll send you a welcome package with forms for you to fill out. This includes the registration form, “All About My Child” sheet, Offsite Parent Acknowledgement, and our Parent Handbook. We also request two emergency contact names and contact numbers, other than yours, for safety purposes. Additionally, we offer a week-long transition plan, which we highly recommend to ensure a smooth and positive start for your child.
9. Documentation
We’ll need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, vaccination records, and ID for the two emergency contacts. These documents will help us maintain a complete and up-to-date record for your child.
10. Welcome to Tiny Einsteins!
On your child’s first day, we’ll give them a warm welcome and ensure they have a smooth and happy transition into our childcare community. We can’t wait to get to know your child and your family!
